INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES

Students who have earned the right to intern at STR DENT are responsible for complying with the following rules when they begin their internship:

  • Internship start and end dates will be determined based on the internship application forms, taking into account the internship period, the capacity of the departments where the internship will be conducted, and the available dates.
  • It will be carried out under the responsibility of the internship department manager.
  • Internship evaluation forms must be submitted to the department manager two days before the internship ends. The form completed by the manager will be sent confidentially to Human Resources officials. After the final signatures and stamps are completed, it will be handed to the intern in a sealed envelope.
  • Care will be taken to ensure that internship logs are completed during the internship period. The log must be completed two days prior to the end of the internship and submitted to the department manager. The internship log must not contain any documents, information, projects, reports, or materials that may be deemed inappropriate to be taken outside of STR DENT. In such cases, the department manager will not sign the internship log.
  • The intern, department employees, patient information, contracted institutions, service providers, and any other information related to STR DENT that could be detrimental to the institution, including medical, commercial, financial, corporate, personal, etc., must be kept confidential and not disclosed.
  • Interns should not communicate with patients or their relatives on any matter outside the scope of the duties assigned to them by STR DENT.
  • Interns are required to comply with the “STR DENT Dress Code Principles.”
  • Intern students will wear the ID cards issued to them by STR DENT on their lapels during working hours and will return them to the Personnel Management unit on the last day of their internship, along with their PDKS temporary cards.
  • On the last day of the internship, the intern will go to the responsible department, Human Resources, complete the necessary final signatures and stamps in the internship logbook, and fill out the “Internship Evaluation Form.”
  • Students starting their internship at STR DENT are deemed to have accepted the rules listed above.
